1. Eligibility

Refunds are issued for a captured payment where access has not been fully consumed. Partially consumed terms are refunded on a prorated basis.

2. Proration

The refund amount is the original amount scaled by the share of the access term still remaining at the time of the request.

3. Effect on access

Issuing a refund revokes access to the applicable tier. Access may be restored by repurchasing a tier.
